The "Jacopo Napoli" School of Music started his activity in 1991, in order to favor stable basic musical training in the City of Cava de' Tirreni. The school is a center that support important social and cultural experiences aimed at stimulating music learning in children, young and senior.
The music teaching is held by well-established qualified music teachers; the Academy promotes and supports challenging projects which are also important socio-cultural experiences.
The teaching plan includes: individual instrument lessons; preliminary music meetings for children which develop capacity and music learning through games and movement; music workshops. The conviction that public executions represent an irreplaceable opportunity to highlight personal progress and a precious opportunity for relationship and comparison motivated the regular organization of concerts and public performances.
Today the Academy, in order to offer a path that guarantees the necessary skills to access the academic courses provided by the reform's law of musical studies, has expanded its training offer by establishing pre-academic courses in agreement with the Conservatory "Martucci" of Salerno.
